I believe that the use of art in therapy can be a powerful tool to express thoughts and feelings that sometimes cannot be verbalized, as well as being an extension of the authentic self. My goal is to walk alongside clients to get in touch with their true self so they can genuinely live life.

How I Practice

I practice using an integrative approach to therapy, drawing upon art therapy modalities, Gestalt, family systems, narrative, humanistic, transpersonal/mindfulness practices, and a social-justice orientation of multiculturalism and diversity to inform and provide an empathetic foundation from which the process of growth can flourish.

The process of therapy can challenge old assumptions and narratives while promoting personal growth, inner healing, insight, and self awareness.

I show up in the therapeutic relationship with an intention to help facilitate process and move anxiety, trauma, depression, and negative self-worth in order to build insight into ones core beliefs, and restore balance between the mind, body, and spirit.

I am passionate about creating the space for you to find self acceptance and personal growth to live to your fullest potential.

The wound is the place where the Light enters you.
